At FableMatic, we take your privacy and the protection of children's information seriously. All stories and creative content you generate remain your property and are protected accordingly.

5 Children's Privacy Protection (COPPA Compliance)

FableMatic complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). This section explains how we protect children under 13 and the rights parents have regarding their children's information.

Children's Accounts and Parental Control:

  • Parent-Managed Accounts: Children under 13 can only have accounts created and managed by their parents or legal guardians
  • Age Verification: We collect age information during child account creation to apply appropriate protections
  • Parental Consent: Parents must explicitly consent to the creation of child accounts and acknowledge COPPA requirements
